Cancellation & Refund Policy
Return Policy
Since our organic sweets & snacks are perishable items, we are unable to accept the returns. We make and ship fresh sweets and snacks everyday. Each and every package is prepared and inspected thoroughly before shipping them out. So, we expect your sweets and snacks to arrive in perfect condition. However, if for any reason if you are not satisfied by our product, please let us know the issue with the product. If we determine any issue with the shipped product, we will ask you to return the product to us and we would be happy to send you a replacement as soon as we receive the product back.
Exchanges
If situation arises wherein genuine error is made by the User in identifying the required merchandise, the User may contact True Organics by email or phone and request change in the merchandise for which order is placed. However, such requests will not be entertained if the order has already been processed or the merchandise has been shipped to the User.
Cancellations
Our team starts working on the received orders promptly. We make our sweets and snacks based on the orders received.
Cancelation requests received within the first hour of placing the orders will be refunded in full amount.
Cancellation requests received after one hour of placing the order and in case the order has not been shipped, such cancellations will be subject to 40% (forty percent) cancellation fee.
Orders that have been picked up by the delivery company can not be canceled.
Refunds
Since our organic sweets & snacks are perishable items, refunds are not accepted.
